The COA library includes product-specific results from Apex Laboratory's in-house team. Where chromatographic purity is applicable, it is reported as detector-area percentage. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day. We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS for domestic shipping with tracking provided on every order. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–3 business days. During occasional volume surges following promotional launches, processing may extend by 1–2 days; we communicate proactively if your order falls into that window.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by order. Current options include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, ACH bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.

Due to the regulated nature of research reagents and the requirement to maintain analytical chain-of-custody, we do not accept returns of opened products. Sealed, unopened vials may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping. If a product arrives damaged in transit or fails to match its certificate of analysis, contact our support team within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Check the product listing for the supplied format and labeled quantity. If your research requires a particular vial, closure or shipping condition, contact support before ordering. On arrival, compare the product label and complete lot with the applicable published COA.

An account makes order tracking and reordering easier — but it is not required. Guest checkout is available for first-time orders. If you create an account during checkout, your order history and saved shipping addresses are accessible from the account dashboard. Published COAs are available in the Lab Verified library. Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing emails; transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates) are sent regardless.

Use the tracking link in your shipment email or check your account dashboard. Tracking updates depend on carrier scans. If the status is unclear or has not updated, contact support with your order number so the shipment can be checked.
